My extreme love of all things chocolate drove me to put this one together. Shopping for this still life was fun, and eating everything I didn’t need for the set-up was fun, too! If you look closely, the ballerina doll is holding “chocolate money” and is reaching for another piece that is propped against the chocolate torte." Fort Knox" is embossed on the coins.  It’s a dream I wouldn’t choose to have analyzed. This same ballerina doll is also found in Mona Lisa Dances With Poppies and Studio (Closet). Chocolate is found everywhere.
